ABOUT

What is the Fictory? Simply put, it is a fiction factory. We create cool stuff, specifically animation.

A BRIEF HISTORY:
In April 2007 Joseph Krzemienski’s first animated piece, Cuidado (a music video for Philadelphia indie band Slo Mo), was released. It made a small splash in the entertainment world but recieved enough attention to encourage more films. In 2008, weary from the tremendous amount of work involved in producing an animation, but loving animation and film, Joseph began looking for a new project. Enter Jeff McComsey, writer and artist of graphic novel series, American Terror: Confessions of a Human Smart Bomb. After deciding to create a piece based on Jeff’s work, we quickly realized we were in over our heads. A year later after a few additions to staff most notably Dominic Vivona, Joe Fitzgerald, and a small team of interns,  American Terror: Company Man was born. In April 2009 American Terror: Company Man came out of the gate with an award for Best Animated Short at the Philadelphia Cinefest and has gone on to win many other accolades. Now, with two passion projects in the bag and several other animated videos under our belts we are in development of our third and most ambitious animated short yet… Atomic Robo: Last Stop!
